I came from a real estate sales and leasing career. Others in the office came from finance, property management, and the military before getting in to this business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have several certified appraisers that work with us. we can handle larger volumes of work. Because this the interaction with the appraisers in the office we are exposed to a broad section of the market.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One. We do not plan to expand in the near future
