How long have you been in business?
We began our business here in Spokane in 1990.
What is your primary product or service?
Interior Office environments such as furnishings, and moveable walls. Space planning, delivery and installation services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have been in this industry for over 30 years. We are trained professionals who are committed to providing the right solutions for our customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Anyone can sell office furniture. We see ourself as a true "resource" and look at each project with an eye of creativity and problem solving. Our reputation is based on our relationship with our customers during and after the sale. All of our services are controlled in house from AutoCad drawings, to delivery installation and ongoing service to our customers. We have a large showroom and warehouse set up to serve our customers. The package we offer for our Interior Architecture solutions (moveable walls, raised floors, sound masking etc) are superior to any other solutions available.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 24,000 square feet of offices, showroom and warehouse in Spokane.

811 E. Sprague suite D. We are located 8 blocks East of Division on Sprague. Our facility is on the North side of the street and is a brick building with blue awnings. Loading docks are located at the rear of the building.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check or credit card.
Which areas do you service?
We have an extremely broad customer base. We have provided solutions for almost any kind of business you can think of. Our customers fall into High tech industry, Financial, professional services companies, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitalitiy, educational, as well as government.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Duane and Ginny Wilson are the owners of Contract Resource Group and are very involved in the business day to day. We have a marvelous staff of management, sales, operations, and customer service personnel who are all part of the success of this business.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:30 - 5:00 M-F
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We love happy customers. When we have completed a project and our customers are pleased, that is what drives us. We see ourselves as providing solutions, but also as a company set up to serve those who place their confidence in our company and our products.
